COINS!

I've been "talking" with support for 5 days in game, and nothing has been fixed yet. I know these things take time, but they are taking 24-48 hours just to even REPLY to me. It's quite annoying. My game has been put on hold until i get the coins!

I know its a horrible situation, but I do believe they are doing their best. Their in-game mailboxes probably fill up with letters while they are off-line, so its possible yours may get auto-deleted before they can look at it. Sending more than one letter in a 24 hour period probably would just make the problem worse. Best bet is to e-mail them at kindomsupport@haypi.com.

Hopefully it gets resolved soon. If/when it does, feel free to let us know how it all went down, so other people missing coins may have a better idea what to expect.

I would like to earn free coins by installing apps.
I have two ways: via Market, or via Browser.
Market way is working good.
But if there is no such apps on market, and i should choose installing via browser, then installing is not working. (I have to choose my device, my device is on the list, but after I choosed it, nothing happen)
Any idea?

The only way to install apps I's via the in game shop. Installing without going via in game shop does not work

I install with game shop, when i click to the apps, it popups a window (i can choose either market or browser). Many times the apps is not on market, only the web

when you click the app it should refer you to where to download the app in the app store, if it is unavailable even though it says it is in the shop then talk to tapjoy who run the download free app option as this is a problem with them not with haypi
