Why cant i putchase coins??!!!

This is an ongoing problem ive had for weeks now...for some reason when i try and pruchase coins it tells me to contact ITunes support..So I contacted them and they told me to contact Haypi. Haypi tells me to contact ITunes..This is becoming EXTREMELY frustrating..In the past I could goto the store and purchase a gift card and buy coins that way but now THATS NOT EVEN WORKING!! If not for the fact that I have already invested time and money into this game I wouldnt bother but I do like the game. Could someone give me some advice on how to fix this problem??!!

have you tried deleting the app, then reinstalling it? have you tried a credit card. try different ways maybe its your firmware or something small like that. just guessing.

as long as he keeps up to speed with firmware that doesnt matter, that i believe of.

Yes but droid has been having problem with haypi all over the place from speed boost to not being able to log in

this is a common bug right now it happans when you play with several acc. on diffrent servers and buy coins from both.

its itunes way to know that its not hacked, yopu send them the letter thru there web pang it takes about 24 hours then they oppen it agin,

mail them and they fix it for you
