Intermittent Travel Oddity

It only happens about once a week or so while fortified farming, but I will raid a location, and as opposed to taking its normal time (say 3 minutes), it will take 4-5 times as much.

If someone is attacking ahead of you, your time increases by 10 minutes from each person in front of you, so a 1 min attack would then be an 11 min attack
