Secret Gift Timer Reset

Hi. Not sure if this is a known issue but the secret gift timer resets itself every time I leave the app, i.e. When my phone goes on standby. I have been playing for the whole day but still stuck at 2nd secret gift. Is that the supposed behavior? I know of another player who has the same issue.

Btw I'm on win 7 running version 2.13 of the app. Thanks!

The secret gift only counts down while you're online. For example, if you have 25:13 until 2nd gift and you leave then come back 2 days later, the timer will count down from 25:13 until you leave again. If it actually resets to the original time though, then send a message to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and tell them about the problem as well as including any relevant screenshots.

Thanks a lot! It actually resets to the original time but I've found a workaround for it so all's well for now. =)
