Resources at zero LAG

Problem: When I switch over to my 2nd kingdom my resources say 0 and the levels of my buildings say 0. I have to wait quite a while for the lag to go away. Its pretty ridiculous that this bug has not been fixed yet. Because this bug has not been fixed I have barely been able to do anything to my 2nd kingdom. I would have 10x more building levels and resources if I didn't have to deal with this issue. Is it possible I can get compensated for having to deal with this issue for over two weeks now?? I feel this bug should have been fixed a long time ago. And because of it I can barely upgrade anything.

If possible I would like to get compensated coins for having to deal with something I really shouldn't have to deal with. Please and thank you.

Lag is likely to be due to your connection. If not please take appropriate screenshots and send to kingdomsupport@Haypi.com

In my experience, this bug has been easily dealt with by either switching cities or logging out then in again, if you haven't already, give that a try. Many people are dealing with similar and other issues, it takes time to fix bugs, we as players need to be a little patient, although I know how frustrating it can be
