Oasis's

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. Here its the situation, I captured two lvl 3 oasis's, then captured a lvl 2. The two lvl 3's reverted back to lvl 2's. Is this a normal situation our is this a bug? Thank you.

Absolutely normal. Oasis go down one level every day. Just go get new ones ! :D
