Unable to sell treasure

I was running 2.14 and during that time i had a lvl 5 ring in my treasure i could wear it but when i got a lvl 10 ring i went to sell it but it wont let me, and now i have been stuck with it for over a month......
Its no t a slot that i need yet but i would like to get rid of it for cash and to relieve the slot.....

I have written to Haypi three time previously about this and other problems but no answers yet.....

im guessing the problem is you need to be on the current update... but just a guess
