dispatched alliance troops disappeared

hey i sent my alliance army to a mine that was getting attacked and they dispatch time was 30 seconds more then the attack time and i figured they would return after the battle. they have not been returned and i have not gotten a message in regurds to it what is going on? is this some sort of glitch will my troops come back? what happened to them? I'm kinda flipping out here being as there were a whole lot of troops and they are all gone! please help me figure this out.

will it take 15 minutes for them to come back are they gone for ever is there any one who has experienced this also?

its been over 15 minutes from the attack and the troops are still missing . . .. is there anyone that knows what is going on here??

after scouting the mine that was lost i believe the attackers gained control of our alliances troops, i can't be positive thats the case being as scouting is so vague on mines. but i know for a fact that they attacked our mine with much less then is there now. is there any chance this is what happened and if so is there anyway to have those troops be returned to us the rightful owners as we trained them used coins to speed up training and those troops were not part of the battle for the mine at all?

In case it is important i have tried restarting my iphone, deleting and reinstalling the app and the troops are still nowhere to be found . . .

Please report that bug.

to where? i sent a letter to support and talked to an expert on my server and he says he doesnt ever really see our support on during the weekends . . . im at my wits end and if i made my alliance members donate resources and coins to train troops for another alliance I seriously dont know what to say . . .
also i thought that this forum was specifically for reporting bugs as well?

sorry in my frantic nature I overlooked the sticky and went ahead and sent a letter to support with the email given there sorry
