Can you read this Tracy?

Hi, i have contacted support around 4 times about this issue and they have told me they'd fix it. I understand your busy with all of the bugs but i would really like mine to be addressed.

Last week i attempted to donate money and due to lag donated a lot more then i meant and went down into the -'s. After a week I've gotten myself up to -410,000$. With this bug i have lost troops due to starvation and have been unable to upgrade technologies.

If you could address this I'd be very appreciative

YES. I feel as if I and many others have waited long enough.. ive lost thousands and thousands of troops and have dropped so much prestige bcof it.

I wasn't trying to be rude... I was just trying to point out it would be better to say

"Sorry for any inconveniences this caused.

We will fix it as soon as possible "

And not putting the smiley after inconveninces... Just a tip for better customer service
