My resources disappeared?

My user name is DavyKim and this happened at around 0:25 GMT on August 6.
I just lvled up to lvl4 and I created a new city. Without realizing the capacity for the new city is only like 800 I sent about 4000 of each resources to the new city and it disappeared! I was wondering if you guys can tell me what to do or restore it for me.

If you reach your wharehouse maximum, and transport/buy any resource for that city, they will be deleted because you can't hold any more of that resource. It's not a glitch or a bug :/
