My game won't work after an update is anybody having the same problem?

could you please kindly contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com and give us the following info:
a. what device you are using, device info
b. android, ios or windows phone user
c. firmware verison no. (phone operating system version no.)
d. haypi kingdom version no.
e. give us a brief description of the problem and give us more info like in what kind of situation, click or do what kind of operation then lead to the app to close etc.

if the problem is with android version of Haypi Kingdom, please kindly update to the latest 3.1.1
