General items and market

Just recently my generals items turned into chests without stats. Also when I click on the market I crash to desktop. Pls help. I looked for an update but there was none.

Please tell us your device info, game version and which item turned into chests of which level(or gold chest or silver chest), server time?

Please elaborate and we will further check it for you.

I am playing on the iPhone 3G and have been without problems till I completed the level to 3rd Marquis. Not sure of the exact time but it was prob around midnight or a bit before. This is the current version of the game as there is no updates for the game. Not sure how to check version. I had a lvl 10 ring at lvl5 enhancement, lvl 15 sword at lvl 1 enhancement, lvl 15 manual at lvl 1 enhancement, lvl 15 horse at lvl 1 enhancment, and I believe it was a lvl 7 armor at lvl1 enhancement. The all look like a gold box but when you click on it it shows 0 for all the stats but does show the enhancement level I had on the items befor all this happened. I can unequip these items but I cannot equip it again since it thinks it's a chest. Even all of the items in my treasure tab look like gold chests but with a value of 0 vendor price. And if I click on the market I will crash out of the game. I have turned off and on my phone, logged in and out with out it fixing it. Im frustrated. Pls help

please go to phone settings- general-About- Version
check and tell us your iOS version no.
Jailbroken or not.
Meanwhile, please shut off the unused items running under multiple tasking to save more RAM.
If your RAM is low there will be not enough memory to support stable app performance.
If possible, please take screen shots of the display on your treasure screen and send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com

My phone operating system is version 4.2.1 (8C148)
The Phone is not jailbroke
this phone doesnt support multi tasking, only one app at a time

Try Reinstalling the game at least would be my suggestion

Problems are gone after clearing out apps and doing a hard reboot on the phone
