session time out problem

I cleared cache 3 times, my free RAM is showing 90MB, used is 219MB, thats without Haypi running. Haypi was showing 30MB being used. So with it running, its I have plenty of RAM, trust me. 65MB/271MB (free/used). My phone is the Droid X2 by Motorola, running Android 2.3.3 (Honeycomb), and Haypi is running 3.1.1. Any other questions? Game used to be great, until the hacker last week messed it all up. Love the game, but hate all the server timeouts and force closes. It times out when i try to log in. I get unknown error:1 sometimes when trying to get into chat. When I go to a sub city, sometimes it won't load my resources and shows all 0s which causes and error if I try to go to chat or anything else. I get force closes when I try to look at the mines (always), commanding (pretty much all the time until I restart app, which I'm afraid of losing troops), and sometimes when I try to look at or delete war reports, hunting reports, and trade reports. Please fix ASAP and/or a solution to making the game work like it did 2 weeks ago

this session time out had all the time

i had try many time to switch off my phone (it should be clear all cache already!!!)

then this session time out still happen, but it is better after I update.

please don't ask me to provide the lost of treasure report, as I buy and the session time out happen, coin deduct and no report.

now i have another new problem, i sudden lost my vip time
i got 3 a/c, and two of them I buy vip time, but this a/c "sid1029" had sudden lost the vip time. I should have 220 hours left

what's going on??

I can't stay in game longer than a few minutes at a time without getting "unknown error: 1". I'm at a loss..this has been going on for months now. Do the developers have a patch in the works yet?

The session timeout has been improved please update the app to the latest version.

As for unknown error part, could you please kindly tell me when did you receive this message, what kind of operations did you do before you receive the message.
