Bug: Crop resource massively increasing and decreasing

After some mails to support, they returned my army back.

Not all what i lost since it happened the first time, but it's better as nothing.

THANK YOU SUPPORT.

Now it would be great to fix this issue quickly.
If anyone can confirm support is working on it.

Imagine what would happened for a player with a huge army if his oasis decrease of level.

Well. It seem support don't really take care of this issue/glitch.

Crop do still decrease when oasis decrease of level.

I've took new screen shots some days ago and i really would like to understand how it is possible to lost around 40k crop in only some minutes with a negative production of 10k.

comparing the others resources/money amount prove it was only some minutes between each screenshot and not 4 hours .

Please support, work on it.

and i don't want an answer saying i didn't logged in for a long time and i have to pay attention to my troops/crop because it is normal to starve when the warehouse become to zero.
