Lv 1 -> lv 0 crop oasis troop loss
Recently i had my crop oasis drop from lv 1 to lv 0. I had -10k crop from 10k arch in that city. The moment the crop oasis dropped to lv 0 it starved all the troops in that city making it 0 arch regardless of the 200k+ crop in the city! This has happened in many cases with others on my server... just wanna put it on the record this is still happening.
