lost all my troops!

I attacked an oaisis and I looked at the letter, I lost one seige engine, then when I went yo recall my troops none of my seige engines were there they had all disapeared and I really need them! Please help me!

This is happening to ppl on many servers. Just go to help->support->scroll down->click on "clicking here"-> tell support what happened. They should restore ur troops soon

Support is not doing rainbow to help the people out. And if people used coins please document. Might have a class action if nothing happens to fix this.
