gift of the day not received

Hello today i 've not received my daily gift. I have a message which confirms that i have a chest lvl 2, but nothing in the page for the gifts. Could help me, is it normal ? Thanks bouda79

Sometimes when our network connectivity is not stable enough it might take some time for the data to update.
You may:
a. wait until the loading data circle disappears.
b. reenter your main
c. restart your accout
