Secret Gift Timer Reset (WP7)

Every time I open/resume the app the secret gift timer resets.

At first, I thought this was supposed to happen. As I am reading it seems to be that this should be counting down as long as you are logged in, and then continue when you resume the game. This is not happening.

I have same problem.
(Android 2.2)

I'm getting the same thing. I had to keep my phone active and screen on for 15 minutes to get the first one, but it still resets the second one every time the screen turns off or I leave the program. This is on WP7.
