Not able to create an account

So I got a pm from support, and its been three days and my sister still doesn't have an account.

I want to know basically the same thing because I created an account an I tried to use his SN as a person who introduced me to this game but i must have spelled it wrong and now I cant delete my current account to make a new one nor can i just make a new one help plz??
