Double upgrading?

I was on Server 23 and the communication was very lagged. I also get to have 2 upgrades at the same time for a building. Please see image below:





It is very frustrating that I always cannot get connected. Have to restart and the same thing happened again and again even though I am on Wifi or even 3G. My friends don't have such problem on the other servers!

At first i thought of buying some coins and seriously play this game, now i have to consider again.

Don't quit hub it's ok it's just a new server lag

I had the same thing.. Good thing is: It does upgrade two levels, so it is not all for nothing..

Ah its a communication lag, so it might always happen, its hard to stop your connection or/and the servers connection going haywire somtimes, sorry for the inconvenience.
