Server maintenance killed all my crops and infantry

There was a server maintenance 2 hours ago, after the server reset and I logged in, all 6.5K infantry disappeared! Then I received a series of in game emails saying that I had insuffcient crops. This is not possible as I had crops overflowing from my warehouses before the server maintenance.

Crops in my warehouses also wiped out, and even the crops I put up for sale at a ridiculously high price in the market(for storage) vanished!

I've sent the Haypi team an email, hopefully they can do something about it, I've invested too much time and money(coins) to turn back now.

everyone says server mainence killed their units how come when i left for serve mantnence and i was at -62k an hour and still managed not to starve. i think all these people were either attacked b4 the server mantnence and diddint notice or someone sent an attack it was hidden and it stol crops to a poitn where b4 the owner logged back they lost crops.

I'm on War refuse, so I couldn't have been attacked.

P.S: Initially i thought my oasis had been taken hence speeding the consumption process. Checked, lvl 9 oasis still there. I monitor my crop consumption and make sure the warehouse(Stores 302KB) are at least 80% full all the time. I know when they are starving or not.

than that si odd mabye your oasises unlvled or ur crops unenhanced just as u diddint notice and it made crop production go up?

I have bought crop enhance for a month, I just enchanced them last week.

It is strange that is why I am reporting it as a bug and hope that these nice folks at Haypi would return what belongs to me. I have invested time and purchased coins into this account and I'm not prepared to surrender them to a server glitch.

Well it's official, the admins think that I did not have sufficient crops hence I lost my troops. I have to say I am disappointed at the response though not surprised. On the brighter side, since this little episode took place I now find myself a
Lot less interested in the game. Which is a good thing, at least for my finances. I'll stop buying stupid coins to upgrade my buildings, build troops etc. Why bother?? They'll all starve to death during the next server maintenance anyway. LOL.

So seriously, thank you for this wake up call. I didn't realize that I was getting so addicted to the game till now. And thanks to you Im cured of this addiction!

they r a buch off bull i have sent at least a dozen messages 2-3 a day about 3 weeks ago never a reply mabye haypi dont care?

Thanks for the support guys. Only players who invested time, money and effort can truly understand our frustration. I know 6k inf is not a big deal to some buts it's all I had after training for a week and to lose them in 3hrs really hurts.

I have sent the email to the email address but so far nothing yet and I no longer expects to get any response. The ingame email from Angela(admin I presume) sent me a log of my inf loss due to starvation and suggested that I upgraded my farms and monitored my crop levels. Now of course I was monitoring the levels I didn't get 6k inf overnight!

So thanks for reading this rant I am feeling a little betrayed now, but I guess there's really very little that can be done. The odds are always stacked against us ain't it?
