Free coins not received for app download

1. Account name: Sksolid
2. Date: 1/04(time forgotten) & 1/05(around 1am pst)
3. Purchased two apps from free coin system for the associated coins. Did not receive the 26 coins(13 each). Both apps downloaded normally, free coins just did not register. Other app downloads before and since have been appropriately credited.
4. App names: gunz, irevolver. These two apps are first two to fail to work, which was why I thought first one may have somehow been my error (app didn't disappear from downloads menu like others that did work have).
5. Both apps are from developer pikabui. Perhaps there is error in recognizing this developer's app in the free coin system.
6. Please credit to my account the 26 coins that I should have received.

Sometimes you might have to make an account with the app to recive the coins, also sometimes the coins dont imediatly register so wait 30-60 mins and see if their there.
If they dont come then send and email to the address dev posted^^

Is this your first account?
If so, then you need to contact them (Like you have done =])
But I don't think any other account can receive them. Take my account for example, I can't receive free coins on this one(apart from my daily 10 ), but on my s1 account which was my first account, I can.
