Totally frozen out

I have been trying to use Haypi for 18 hours and cannot get it to unfreeze. If I uninstall and reinstall onto ipod I get the home screen, I select start game, it says I'm already a reg. user, then freezes completely on an empty page that looks like a scroll. Cannot get past this, I'm invested in the game and who knows what is happening with my city!

if it is not your connection then try resetting your ipod.

The exact same thing happened o me. What u did to fix it was delete haypi, then completely restarted my iPod, then reinstall haypi and everything seems to be working fine. Hope this works for you.
