2nd kingdom not displaying resources

I recently started my second kingdom. When I go from my primary kingdom to my second kingdom none of the resource amounts showed up. Everything is zero'd out except my money amount. It seems the info may be getting hung up somewhere. When I first built my 2nd kingdom it was all there but when I move from my 1st kingdom to the 2nd it is all zero'd out.

It may be a internet problem.

I had this problem on my first server, s61. Because of this, I no longer even log on that account. Fortunately, I haven't had this problem on my new account s72. It's a real pain.
It was my first sub city that I made. The next subs I made did not have a problem. Everything is 0. Main bldg, all resources, all resource levels, everything.
You can rule out that it is a connection problem, because this happened every single day for over a month. I only play on wifi @ home. It's quality wifi too.
Time and time again I've talked to support about it, and they would tell me back all the way out of the game, and restart. Doesn't work.
Time and time again, they've also told me to reinstall haypi. I've done that 4 times. Still no luck.
This issue isn't really widespread, however it does exist. I talked to a player today on s72 that has this same problem. I can't remember his name, but I let him know it happened to me and that haypi staff don't care.
I don't really care anymore, as long as it doesn't happen again. The account that had this problem was on a lame server anyway. But i use droid. Samsung Galaxy 4G in case you're wondering.
