troop mising
hi support,
i am player isaaclau in s113, at about 16/5 04:22 player lavawar attack me with some inf and 9k cats and when the attacking timer remain 5 sec, i harvest back the troop anf face his attack troop 26520,62200,35504,14541 and then when the attacking timer to zero, the screen just said battle ended, and there is no war report, and at the same time lavawar sent me a letter saying "where is you troop-hahaha" so i think he ding something to let my troop disappear, and i browse through everything in my city, no any troop can find.
moreover, at almost the same time the other player of alliance face the same siyuation, his name is steelll, and afterward the player attacked him admit that he has really doing something to make me and steelll troops disappear without war report.
i have write to support previous stating this but they cannot find any clue, but in here, i hope u can seriously look into this case and want our troop back asap, i have used many coins already cos nothing can do just refuse war. ans i have just buy 1600coins at 16/5 if no more troop back pls tell me how to refund .
lastly, u can browse through mine steel mail log at that time, let say my situation, u can see after my troops back from hunt, no any other report can u see troop satrve, war report,or anything that can make me have zero troop now. pls look in this matter seriously and i already get rid of just replying me" troop will not disappear " this kind of answer, at least explain to me why they have disappear or just pay me back. thanks a lot
