coin bug during payment

Hello i allso posted this in the general section.
i made a payment for coins and when i completed it the game crashed.
Resulting in me not recieving the coins i payed for. I made a new payment allready and did recieve those coins. The initial coins i didnt recieve... I mailed at support but am not getting any responce. it has allready been 12 hours after i made the first payment.

So to sum it up i made 2 payments but only gotten coins for 1.
Can someone help me with this since the mail is unresponsive

Wait a couple of days for support to reply to you as they are quite busy and I am sure if you have paid for coins, support will give them to you.
