I would like to disagree with you as well. I am a bit overzealous with Emailing Support! And they always seem to Email me back. It is usually David (GO DAVID!) and they are usually friendly and willing to help. With the new update and all of the problems that came with it the Haypi Technical Team has been very busy. I too am experiencing a bug where i am negative hundreds of thousands of dollars, resulting in my armies death. Once all of the bugs that are affecting players on a large scale, im sure they will have time to work out the individual problems. As Alanwalsh said, "i imagine that support deals with a few hundred mails a day snd also there dealing with the prevention of more servers being crashed..." he is absolutely right. Compared to the THOUSANDS of players who recently lost their accounts on Server 59, your and my problem ulike are menial but not worthless. Give them some time with their larger issues and they will do the best they can to help.
As a long time fan and player of Haypi I can't nor will i ever believe that they, as you stated "haypi only wants your money". The Haypi team has always acted as a family of dutiful helpers and you cant deny or dismiss that! I feel for you, as i too lost a large army but im waiting pactiently and im sure they will recompense us with some kind of remuneration.
