Yesterday the game glitched on me and I was unable to hunt my troops. They sat out until someone killed them. I emailed support and as of yet have received no answer. In fact the only time they answer me is when I'm buying coins via PayPal. This website was down at the same time the game stopped working for me. Any advice on how to contact someone who will answer and not drag their feet. Thanks

Try contacting your ingame support by going to help --> support --> contact us

I use a windows 7 phone so the ingame support option has never worked, that's why I sent the email. Still no response. I guess they don't care.

he emailed however lost troops are dealt with by the individual server supports not the email support. the email support will refer him to his servers support 

how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Thanks for the tip Nathan. I did finally hear back from support though, they said they would look into it. So here's hoping it doesn't take to long.
