session time out problem

I had contact my on-line support, he just keep said send him back the letters.

I just try to search around (scout), the letters is too much, how can i keep those error letters, and also, some problem is session time out, deduct and got nothing, where to get the letter??

As this session time out problem, I buy gem by 24 coins, and money deduct, nothing happen.

I send me troops to mine, and sudden time out agian, I lost all my troops as I can't command it.

I buy the VIP time, but now, due to the session time out problem, I keep lost the VIP time.

My online support just don't reply

As for reports, I would suggest taking SS(Screen Shot) of them in the future. If you do not happen pls tell Yolanda that and I am sure she will check them for you!

I have problems with it telling me my session time has time out seconds after i get the welcome to haypi message.. mine is updated with the newest software. It just did it 3 consecutive times of logging in. A little annoying don't u think?!

I hade no issue with this problem. But there a solution on a droid, try clearing the cache and u wont get this issue (only works on android 2.2.)

please kindly clear your cache and make sure there's enough RAM. Then if the problem still exists, please tell me your phone details(mode and other info) android version no. and give me a general description of how such problem occurs.

I cleared cache 3 times, my free RAM is showing 90MB, used is 219MB, thats without Haypi running. Haypi was showing 30MB being used. So with it running, its I have plenty of RAM, trust me. 65MB/271MB (free/used). My phone is the Droid X2 by Motorola, running Android 2.3.3 (Honeycomb), and Haypi is running 3.1.1. Any other questions? Game used to be great, until the hacker last week messed it all up. Love the game, but hate all the server timeouts and force closes. It times out when i try to log in. I get unknown error:1 sometimes when trying to get into chat. When I go to a sub city, sometimes it won't load my resources and shows all 0s which causes and error if I try to go to chat or anything else. I get force closes when I try to look at the mines (always), commanding (pretty much all the time until I restart app, which I'm afraid of losing troops), and sometimes when I try to look at or delete war reports, hunting reports, and trade reports. Please fix ASAP and/or a solution to making the game work like it did 2 weeks ago
