Enhance Crops Glitch

In the past day, 2 of my alliance members have had their armies wiped out due to a glitch with Crop Production.
They each had well over 200K Crops in their warehouses when Enhance Ran out. INSTANTLY they were reduced to 0 crops and their armies starved.
Now, I can understand if it had taken a few hours, but this was instantaneously. I have seen this before when cropping people and taking over their crop oasis has instantly dropped them. I assumed game lag or something, but now I'm thinking there is a glitch in the game.
Can support please look into this?
There are several people in my alliance that have spent hundreds of dollars each playing this game and they are about to quit because of the lack of response from Support.

must be recent because i enhanced my crops 2-3 weeks ago and was just fine and i was in - crop per hour before and after no starveing.

Happened to two separate people yesterday and our WC in S9 has been full of complaints about it recently.

YEAH! My army got wiped as well. I'm extremely cautious regarding my crops and rarely let them get over -10k. I have enhanced crops, oasis, and buffed of cropland. I logged on to find myself mysteriously cropped. The funny thing was it happened right before I had logged on.

I looked at my crop output AFTER my army was wiped from starvation and it said -55k! I only had like 1800 cats and some change at that point. I sent a letter to support and I received some generic template stating inf take 1 crop archer 2 cav 4 and cat 10. That's not the only whacky thing that was happening either. I tried to explain my situation and they have just seemed to shrug it off.

Hope they do something about it

im afraid that i found a bug: In my city xy (cooridinates (a:b) i had 1800 crops and -/+ x k consumption. After my crop enchance went out i had like - 55 k consumption. I did some math and figured out that cant be especially because 1800 cats are only 18000 consumption! I hope you can help to fix this bug and help me to get my troops back. (Have a nice day!)

The problem with Support is the Canned Responses without actually reading the issue. They seem to think that everyone that complains to them is a new player who doesn't understand the game. So instead of taking the time to read the issue and respond accordingly, they send out a canned response that truely makes the higher level players mad.
Personally, if the game ever glitches me, I am probably going to quit. The game was a great game until the started "upgrading" the game. now it glitches and crashes all the time and support is extremely slow at fixing the issues.

I gave enough details to present that something obviously wasn't right. I mean what more do you really need to know then my crop consumption was 5x more negative then it was with troops, after they had got cropped? That alone should give reason to investigate the situation further...

support almost always listens i have only had 1 message she over looked and i think it is because i sent it twice???idk but my personal crop consumtion never jumped liek that and with all units in city im at like -250k+ crop consumtion with all units in city... i rarel have all in city but i have alot of people help feed me but if my crop jumped to the % of like 18k food to 50k+ foo for me thatd be like -400k an hour? hope that dont happen... ill look into this i talk alot on wc and ask around ill get back to you.

This happened to me a couple of days ago, all my crop enhances are set to run out in the morning before I head into work. So I log on with more then half of a full warehouse of food in y war city since I was late on refreshing my crops the night before with ten or so minutes to spare. So I go about my business of re-enhancing my cities, though when I move to my war city, my food had suddenly dropped to zero. I know for a fact that with no crop oasis, I only lose 66k an hour. It went from 300k to 0 with no warning and my next thing was a letter for a large number of lost troops, thousands of each abd almost 5k cats to top it off.

I sent off a letter to support and my very first response was a form letter telling me' that food Is consumed regardless of me' being online or not, which I an well aware of. I explained such and my next response was another canned message thanking me' for my support and understanding, and that troops were lost due to lack of food. I thought I was well-versed in my letter, but it was completely ignored. I've personally spent around $300 on this game, and it is disheartening to see that once haypi has my money, they seem to stop caring. Or at least that is how it feels right now.

As of this point, I am no longer going to spend any moree money on this game if they really don't care about the players past getting their money and turning a blind eye afterwards.
