Server Maintenance Last Night

Last night, server maintenance was performed in order to award PvP players with their coins. However, unlike previous server maintenances, this one was not preceded by a letter that warned you several hours ahead of time to prepare for it. I did not receive this letter nor did anyone else on Server 2. As a result, I was not able to fill up my warehouses just before the maintenance kicked us off and my troops ended up starving.

I sent a detailed letter to server support explaining everything. I specifically mentioned that nobody received the usual letter that is sent out several hours ahead of the maintenance. I got a reply back from support2 saying that notice was sent out several hours beforehand and that I should check it. Excuse me... Of course I checked for such a letter. In fact, I asked many other people to check as well. Didn't I explain that nobody received that notice?

Obviously, something went wrong on Haypi's end that resulted in the usual letter not being sent. But this is their fault; not mine. Please give me back my troops. Many other people have experienced the same problem. I'm trying to be pleasant about this, but being told to check a letter that was never sent out after I specifically told them nobody received it is insulting. I went through the trouble of writing a detailed letter and all I get back is a canned response. You can do better than this Haypi.

Try emailing haypi support private messaging administrators and lettering experts this should most likely increase your probabilities of the problem being fixed exponentially.

Wow IronGrip that sucks! I am on server 8 and we recieved the letter. I hope u get it resolved, although im not really sure how they could fix that.

So basically I should just not bother using the interface in the game to contact support? Why have it there?

In the past when I had a problem, I would send multiple letters. one from in game support, E-mail, and letter an expert. This way i had all the bases covered.

Has the issue been fixed yet?
