Lack of support or is it care?

I have lost my entire army because of the pvp's server problem the other day. Where none of us could log in. Unlucky for me, I was in the middle of an attack over 15 minutes away so I logged out to check other things while I set my phone alarm. When I tried getting back on, it kept saying it was full and to try the next pvp session. Everyone was getting this error. So my attack landed while I couldn't log in, and then my army was left to sit in my city unattended because no one could log in.
Come the next day, upon finding out I lost my army I sent a letter to support explaining the entire thing. They get back to me a day later asking for the war times. I get that back to them then I don't hear anything for another day. I send a letter asking if they received my letter. Half a day later I get a msg saying they sent it up. A day later I get back 100 inf and 1 cav. I lost over 800 cat and many more inf plus the bait I normally have made but they send back what was lost from the first attack I made... It's been over three days and they give me 100 Inf. WTF? Ive spent more money on this game than I care to admit, and they insult me like this. So I ask, is it lack of support or lack care?

id say lack of who cares its pvp try again next round.

Except it shows they don't care about the individual. Their game messes up, and they say oh better luck next time? And they expect me to ever pay for any part of this game again? Or to give it good reviews when I now know the costumer support is crap... Sure, I may just be one person, but if this is a reflection of their attitude to the individual, I don't know if I should keep playing it.
