help?

Every time i try to login it says connection problems, even though my connection is fine..i have tried to re download haypi and still doesnt work. Any suggestions??? thx

Perhaps your username is too long, is innapropriate, or just doesnr meet haypi character standards. Try a simple, yet unique name and password.

username have nothing to do with login, try to restart your device and connect to a different wifi source. Also it would depends on the platform you're using, Android may have different issues to iPod.

I agree with Uranos, either that or the WIFI, because whenever i have that trouble its always the wifi, and i know cuz im on s3, so it shouldnt be server overload as we r always dead (for the most part)

Try deleting the app off of multitasking, and try what Backburner said, restarting your device
