Acc deleted

My ACTIVE account: Babo258 was deleted in the merge from s5-8 into 102. Help?

use your device, and hit start game, to make another account. unfortunately there may be no way for support to retrieve your account. if it is an alt from the same device as other accounts, you will not be able to make another account. send any ss you may have to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, along with a detailed report on what happened

Ummmmm..... That is really weird, because the merge was only those that are lvl 4 and above, and those that have been on since october, so i would send an email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com , they may be able to help you somehow

He may have been level 3 or under...

Still, if it was an active account, and on an older server, i doubt it, also, if u were lvl 4 and under, but active since october, you were also merged

Oh, I didn't realize you meant "or" when you said "and." This is very odd then.

Does a message say the account has been deleted, or can you just not log in? Because you technically could have forgotten your password.

are u sure that someone didnt just hack it and change the password?

im sure if someone on s102 can find out if it has been moved by searching on the map and tell you if you have lost the account or whether its been deleted

i have heard of people complaining of their account actually being moved, but i dont know how true that is. i find it hard to believe.

Here is my response when I try to log in to my account: Cannot log in, user does not exist. And I know for a fact that I have the right username because it is one of my usernames used for many things other than haypi. Another thing: My account was about lvl 5 or 6.
