Low Reception area during battle, sending false commands.

Was in a fort battle, had my troops all waiting and cleaning up, I was in a bad service area and was trying to watch the fight, and when i finally got back into a good service area, my cats had been 'commanded' to move forward, although i hadn't even gone into the cats command screen. They had moved into the oncoming infantry and I took heavy losses.
I don't know why it has happened but i feel like it's not the first time I've noticed phantom troop movement when in a bad service area.

I'd like my 437 catapults back if at all possible. Thank you for your time!

It was most likely a communication error with your wait command not getting through due o the fact ou have bad connection. And the chance f your troops coming back is almost nil

They were already waited for at least 5 rounds...it was the 6th or 7th round they decided to move again.

Then something probably went wrong with your connection , sorry I can't help any more than this thanks for the report though

yes if you choose to attack when you have a bad connection support is not responosible for the loss of your troops. id ennsure you have a gd connection whenever you take any action in game in the future. in all honesty its your own fault for choosing to do it when you had a poor connection

All well and good if it's a documented "we're not responsible if" situation. BUT they should know that their code is wacky and does random things in poor connection situations, should be something they look to fix.

Have you read the user agreement, haypi does not guarantee anything really, if your connection is bad you can't claim anything

let me put my 2 cents in, i have wifi connection, and i was waiting for battle for 5 minute trying to get lvl 6 fort, and after 3 minute sever reloading msg show up and i can't connnect back untill half of my battle lost all my cav. difinately not my wifi connection. no matter how i restart and try to log on only loading screen "waiting" msg show up. and stuck happened to me few times.
