Well if haypi were to say that I'd be happy to wait. They really haven't done much to engender my confidence right now. No they just seem to run me in circles. Maybe they should use their fancy new news fire Thingy to send a letter to us all apologizing and promising fix will come and restitution will be made. Now I just lost 14k cav tonight from another glitch so let's see how they handle this one! If they beta tested noone would be having these issues. So money is a motivator.

I still really appreciate an email for support112 it isn't support112@haypi.com because that returns undeliverable. Anyone know the correct email address? That's what this topic was about to begin with.

Yes, I agree that they need to beta test from now on (I know your looking Tracy!) and that an apology should be sent to all players for all of the issues to ease the anger that some players have. Please send an Email to KingdomSupport@haypi.com every 12-24 until they respond. This seams to be a bit more widespread after speaking to a few people from my various servers. As i previously stated, I believe Support is just swamped. They're not in Hawaii or the Cayman Islands relaxing, they're fixing as much as they can, as fast as they can.

The email adress, KingdomSupport@haypi.com is where you need to send your complain. All of they Haypi Support Staff can read these messages. Please include, if possible

1. A screenshot or proof
2. Your username
3.When it happend (about)
4.Your server number


Thats all very helpful.

Also try this...

1. Start up Haypi Kingdom
2. Open up the Letter
3. Compose letter
4. Type Support112 (I believe your from server 112?)
5. Send them your complaint

I am sure they recieve letters i am not sure of their respond rate, as i contact them via email. Keep sending your letters as your letter may be deleted due to all of their letterss they recieve daily.

I hope your army issue is fixed!

If you contact Support112, that means the screenshots have already been shown/given to that staff member. Just do what they tell you and the problem will eventually be resolved.

Actually support told me email "my support" which means the appropriate staff member has not seen anything. That's how this thread starts. Thanks for playing though.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since the support interface will not be fixed on IOS version until the release of 3.01, I have asked Winona (support112) to contact with you again. Please understand the former support person ask you to contact in game support because he/she doesnot want this to be handled repeatedly.

I hope you can get your issue addressed very soon, and sorry again!

If you have the application Palringo you can contact your support on there, just ask her for her Palringo ID. You can send her screenshots and communicate much more frequently & conveniently.

If they don't just want our money -- why won't they replace coins lost due to glitches (SS as proof of loss)?

Meanwhile -- no one ever told me to contact support for my server or how -- I just got form emails from.... winona, david, apple, and more all telling me the matter would be resolved "ASAP" and asking for my alliance name (my username, alliance name, and server number were all readily apparent in the emails I sent)... sorry dudes, 6 days for alliance troops missing is not "ASAP". After finally contacting S111 support after seeing this and other threads here, I have a scheduled time for the return of the troops -- and a blanket refusal to refund the coins used to speed up their production (why is it fair to have paid 135 coins to speed up production to have the troops lost in a glitch the same day?).

Not quite a retraction

So in the interest of fairness I must announce support finally returned my missing troops and support112 (forget her name ATM) was very courteous helpful and responded quickly once I was finally put in contact with her. Although I feel we still are owed coins for recompense at least the army is home and can go to work. Thank you support you DO care. :D
