This is kinda true, Some apps do conflict with other apps, ive had issues on apps when i have installed new stuff.

It seems it can only really be a bug if all players are experiencing the problem.

Other than that you have to figure out what your device has installed, what memory and what version of software you are using.

Make sure that device software is up to date.

If your device has a lot of things running in the background for example apps that you have not cleared off or still have running it can cause the memory to slow down apps to force closes and errors.

I have too experienced app crashes and this is what I did to rectify problem,.

Cleared all cookies and cache, this is done via the settings (if using iphone)
I then made sure my software was up to date.
On my Multitask i made sure i didnt have lots of apps running so i double pressed home button and cleared running tasks.

This actually sped up my phone considerably.

People often blame the design of the app too soon when just a few simple steps helps the phone fuction well with the app you are using.

Thanks for the advice, but I have tried all of that. I have even deleted all other apps and it still happens. The problem does seem more prevalent on windows phones. The problem never occurred prior to version 3.0. This is just one of many glitches in the windows version that support will do nothing about. Not one of the problems I have had since 3.0 has been fixed yet and I have reported them many times. Its really sad.

I've tried patience. This glitch and many more have existed since 3.0, there have been many updates since then with nothing fixed. In fact it seems the updates just cause more glitches.

I see support still hasn't responded to this thread. And elle has stopped replying to any of my ingame letters, no matter the subject. I don't understand what would be the benefit of trying to make your players quit.

Yes I tried the email long ago. The carrier is not the problem, everything except for this horribly programmed for windows game works fine. As I said in a earlier post, I even deleted all other apps but this one and still had the problem. Haypi knows this is a problem and is purposefully ignoring it, like so many other problems.
