This is kinda true, Some apps do conflict with other apps, ive had issues on apps when i have installed new stuff.
It seems it can only really be a bug if all players are experiencing the problem.
Other than that you have to figure out what your device has installed, what memory and what version of software you are using.
Make sure that device software is up to date.
If your device has a lot of things running in the background for example apps that you have not cleared off or still have running it can cause the memory to slow down apps to force closes and errors.
I have too experienced app crashes and this is what I did to rectify problem,.
Cleared all cookies and cache, this is done via the settings (if using iphone)
I then made sure my software was up to date.
On my Multitask i made sure i didnt have lots of apps running so i double pressed home button and cleared running tasks.
This actually sped up my phone considerably.
People often blame the design of the app too soon when just a few simple steps helps the phone fuction well with the app you are using.
