Buy coins problem

Hey Xash,

Yes, I downloaded Haypi Kingdom on my IPhone 3GS and was purchasing coins through the Iphone...I have a credit card on file...and even went to itunes and changed credit card numbers in case there was a problem...no luck still....any more ideas??

Well I have 2 things for you; 1 are you jailbroken? If you are thats always a MAJOR problem with in app purchases with app store applications; also I would suggest you delete haypi Kingdom; and redownload it with the iTunes account you wish to buy coins from >.<

On my last note; If you continue not to be able to buy coins please contact support staff by going to General-->kingdom management-->contact support team-->click here--> then insert your message here containing; device; firmware; JAILBREAK or not JAILBREAK, version of haypi, if you have been able to buy coins before, and if you have been able to purchase in app purchases on other apps, lastly quote the "error" message exactly

I did all the support solutions that I know of. I try reboot my device, make sure to using the same account to download the app and buy the in app purchase (coins), contact itune support as advice by the haypi team (which it recommended me to contact back to the game developer), check my account balance, BUT still my luck is very random. Once in a bluemoon, I will be able to buy but only in the small package.
Any more Ideas?

Ok now that your not jailbroken we have the Sandbox error out of the way; now I just want to know something; when you say you sometimes are successful in buying coins what is the size of the package? Maybe it is detecting a overload on your Credit Card and will not buy ex. 100$ coin package.

Again if this continues I would suggest you write suppOrt staff AGAIN; including in your message device; firmware of device; version of Haypi Kingdom and if you hve been able to successfully purchase other in app purchases; lastly give them the "error" message it is giving you and specify the package

I was successfully bought the 1(9 coins) dollars and 5 (50 coins) dollars packages(still at random) but when I attempted to buy the 12 (120 coins) dollars package its always error. AND no I didn't touch the 50 something to the 100 dollars packages lol. mostly I bough 12 dollars package when I need to buy items for upgrade or speed build. And yes, I was able to buy other app and music just fine. My balance is sufficient (I checked).

I would suggest you follow the guidelines I said to message support as I dont know what's happening now >.<

yeh i got a problem buying coins as well, tried to buy $100 during this christmas sale, didnt work.. worked my way down and only the $20 pack worked.
got enough money on my card, card is always paid on time, can purchase music and other apps
looks like it may be an error on haypi's side regarding payments

Yeah, I'm getting the message: "You've already purchased this in App purchase but it has been downloaded."


Not sure what to do??? Ideas ????

Keep getting error messages when im trying to buy coins.

Now it says: Package already bought, but not downloadeed. Press OK to download.

Then i get an error message again.

This isn't Haypi's problem, it's a new security measure put in by Apple, basically if you try to buy the same in-app purchase multiple times within a short period Apple will block it for security reasons.

There are absolutely nothing you can do, you can reinstall haypi, you can restore your device back to factory default, you can upgrade software, you can verify your account history and clear all warnings on iTunes but NOTHING will allow you to get around this security measure.

Only way to buy the same coin pack multiple times is with multiple iTunes accounts.

There are nothing Haypi can do about this specific probelm, maybe in the future they can try negotiate with Apple for an exception, or perhaps bring bring back the old feature of allowing you to buy multiple coin packs at the same time. But for now, nothing anyone can do about it unless you think you can convince Apple to change their security policy
