Cheaters - Support Care?

There are many cheaters in s27 too. Its imposible, that after coules of days of start, they buy you resources that cost 150.000 money, and always buys your resources a cuoples of guys that are making cheats. Everybody knows coz all say it in world chat. Please, support check it.

There are no Game Masters in this game to control people dont doing cheats? Many people ( like me ) spend money here, and support is insuficient.

If this is true support needs to address it. I am new and was considering purchasing coins. This makes me not want to if I will potentially be crushed by cheaters anyway.

I belive that there is a glich but you have to be careful they could be buying something like lvl15 horse selling it on the market then buying resorese

Actually they aren't cloning. I've seen many peoplei n ethe world chat talking about tricking support by using a jailbroken Ipod. I did some internet research and found out for a fact it is possible. I contacted support just to give them a heads up (Which I'm sure they were aware of it anyways) and they didn't send a reply. I'm sure they are working on it.

the cloning is solved in the recent update however people choose to circumnavigate this by using an older version of haypi, therefore the only option is to catch and ban these cheaters

If a player reports possible cheating, will Haypi respond back to that player with the results of the investigation? Just curious if I should expect an answer back or not.

I got an e-mail from Apple saying she is looking into it a couple of weeks ago, but since then nothing.
