Try syncing it (iPod) with your computer. I doubt it will help, but it's worth a shot. Also: I think it could be the game. I've had people pm me with problems that i've been able to help them with. All of these people were on ios3.6 I do believe. Or the one that was out before ios4. Anyway, I say all of that to say, it could be the game. Also: apps that are ios4 compatible, usually say they are in requirements section in app store, before you purchase. As far as I know, haypi hasn't released anything saying it is ios4 compatible.

Before you get off chat make sure you're not in pm. It has really sliced into the percentage of crashing.

The problem is with the PM's - as soon as you get a PM you can no longer launch chat. You can only re-launch chat when the PM tab is clear (can't see historical messages) which is about 12 hours after the last one would have been sent.

That makes sense. I have an account in s7 in which I don't have any pm's and I can chat just fine. But on s13 I have pm's and I get the crash problem.

good game so far just fix the cammmand bar evertthing else i can live without

Well if the issue was known and has people working on resolving it why couldnt a in game mail be sent out to al players stating that we are experiancing a techincal issue with the latest apple upgrade for the iphone so please at this stage avoid downloading it if you wish to continue to use the chat system in game. A SIMPLE LETTER WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL IT TOOK as not everyone who reads the forums comes and views the report bug threads.

PS temp fix is delete app reinstall you have a one shot to use wc ac pm if you go back to main screen then back to any of the chats it will crash again

Crashing Is really bad for me. It happens in and out of chat. The worded it
Has ever been is it crashed 60 times in 30min... Don't know what to do about it. It's my only real complaint about this game

I've been getting pms and I'm on 4.1 iPhone. Idk what the problem Is but everything is working for me

It is a bug caused by ios4.1 function change, which has already been fixed. We will submit it to APPLE to review
