Can't play after restore

I did a back-up and restore on my iphone. Now I am unable to play Haypi Kingdom. It recognizes my name and everything, but then just freezes. Please help!

Have you tried deleting then re-downloading the app? It may be worth a shot. If that doesn't work, try to take it up with kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Include as many details as possible.

Will it looks like after rebooting, it started working again.
