Tapjoy App list not loading

Tapjoy App list not loading for about 4weeks now, I am playing on Android with the latest version of the game. I emailed help@tapjoy and they said they cant do anything about the app list not loading in-game, Any help or info from Haypi support would be nice. And yes I also emailed haypi support.

i have the same problem but only on one acc... the app list wont load but on all my other acc it will

Could be many reasons try a hard reset of the game if that does not work uninstall the game and reinstall with any luck that should solve the problem

Have already tried that, full uninstall, cleared game data ect still wouldn't load.

I have login with your account and tap joy app list loads very well on my device. Please check your network connection.

for me i get the error message, "service is unreachable"(only on my account tiji^_^)... any ideas wat the problem could b?
