Vip not giving no chat limit

I'm on server 59, but it only applies to me, I have 1 year vip but it still tells me to wait 15 secons, i'm not sure if I can have 3 upgrades at a time yet either

Please email support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com and i'm sure they will fix it.

My phone dosent do email :S

they mail support on haypi and tell them the problem and also ask if they can not resolve it to email the report to the above email...
