Alliance war bugs (we want our cats back!)

On server 57 there appers to be a problem with commanding alliance armies. As soon as the attacked sends a command to the attacking archers the defending catapults automatically target the archers and not the cats (meaning you have to shoot at one single archer instead of the tonnes of attacking cats. This means the attacker gets the first hit on the defenders cats and means lots of damage. In the first event of this happening my alliance lost about 50-60k cats to an attacking army of about 50. The archer was shot and the remaining defending cats (about 25k) got one shot before being wiped out by the second attacking cat shot. I dont want to add another complaint post as there is already to many and not enough staff but this affects lots of people and it's very disheartening to have an army that you worked very hard to make destroyed because of an error. Another thing is the defending archers always have to target the attacking cavs. Me and my members have tested this theory and the results appear to remain the same. Also my alliance has lost 18k cats to dispaching to a mine and it being taken before they get there (they went *poof* and disappeared.) I have lettered support and have had no response. I have lettered the experts (none active but that's a different issue) and also no responce. My alliance has already slipped from 1st to 5th and I would appreciate my alliance getting our troops back as quickly as possible.

Yes I have. Many times. No response. And there are no experts to help contract them. Aggggggghhhhh!

Still no reply. What should I do. Me and my members are getting tired of waiting. We have already boycotted buying coins intill this is solved.

You should probably just forget the issue and move on... Because I doubt you are getting your army back

That is unfair. My alliance spent lots of coins building that army. Support needs to be supportive instead of not replying.

Yes i know its unfair. My alliance has lost hundreds of thousands of troops too, so im not happy about it either.

If you arent going to drop it you will have to email them. They dont usually look at forum posts, and they wont solve your problem because of a forum post. The only possible way to get it fixed is by email

Or by contacting your in-game support via Palringo. Emailing them occasionally doesn't get a response

Ok thankyou. I did email afew weeks ago but will try again. I also spoke to an expert and he said the 57 support has been busy and not on much.

Support won't help per usual. Haypi doesn't care about your game experience, just your money.

On s109, we had our entire alliance army (20k,30k,100k,90k) just vanish into thin air. We asked support for help from multiple Vices and they won't help or even give us the curtousy to respond. So in an effort to not lose even more ground in alliance prestige, some members donated 100's of coins to speed up the rebuild process. Those 20k,30k,20k,20k disappeared again! Vanished. Haypi won't help purposely hoping we will buy more coins.
