Can't transport nor sell nor built troops!,

Although i have lots of spare people and resources i can't transport between cities nor sell at the market nor built troops! Help!!!

This could be because your being attacked by another player. In other words the city being attacked cannot transport anything out. Other than that I can't explain it! Hope that helps!

first try restarting the app, if this doesnt work then please reinstall the app.

Thanks. Gonna try to reinstall it since it still didin't work after restarting.

Update: it was definetly a bug in the iPad app. I accessed the game on my Android device and it is working perfectly.
