Multilanguage bug french

At first we lost building names, then we
lost some market tag " buy, sell, listing " now

not working or at least give us the
option to choose the game language
without messing everything else on
our device.

In order to choose your language settings just select the region uk or USA and it will switch back to English translation of haypi

functions to english.
