Starved too much?

Yesterday I starved, but I feel like the system messed up or something, and I starved to many troops.

I logged on and saw my warehouse had 0 crop, so I bought crop on market. I then checked my mail and saw that I had 3 starve reports. Then I checked my resource production, and I was producing 8200 crop per hour. That's what confuses me.... Usually when I've starved before I only lost troops up until 0 crop per hour, but this time I kept starving troops even when I had positive crop consumption.

I've mailed support, but they just responded saying I starved 3 times cuz my crop wasn't enough.... But I now have a 8200 crop consumption that my troops starved in. Basically I think it was a glitch, so it probaby belongs in the bug report section, which is why I'm posting.

If anyone can give me a reasonable explanation as to why I starved in positive crop consumption I'd appreciate it, cuz i'd like to get this sorted as quickly as possible

I just had this same thing happen. I bring in tons of crop, 56k, but somehow got starved three times. They all happened at exactly the same time, 20:11:53 and I lost 14k cav. I lost 2k the first time, which should have made my crop positive but it stayed negative. When I finally logged back on, I only had 1k cav with a negative 6k crop. After a few minutes it reverted to positive 56k crop. I cannot see how this is possible without being a bug. Please fix this, it took a lot of cav

I kept starving while my crop was postive consumption wise.... I think mine was slightly different than yours.

I had level 15,15,15,15 crop resource with lvl 10 tech (10240 per hour) and my army kept starving down to a measly 580/0/0/146....

Support sent me a letter explaining my crop was not enough because my crop resources were level 6,6,7,8 or some low level like that... But they've been level 15 for weeks

And now it's been almost 3 days since a reply... Ughughughugh
