"only support one devices"

I got to the step or had you name your account and so I did. Next thing I know all of the work that I had done disappears and I start over again. Okay so I go ahead and start a new game. Next thing I know the wifi signal drops out and when I try to log back in it only gives me that message. "Only support one devices".... help

Its also been 48 hours with no reply from game support.

Please restart the phone and then click "account info"then press login and logo with your account details

Still get the same message.

Is the account you are using here the same one you are trying to login with

Yes. I did try to create the account with the name "scritch", but it was in use. If that helps.

so you open the app get to the main page and it wont let you log in either by the start game button or by clicking "my account" then 'login'.

you could try resetting your device

Buy resetting all the application info I was able to get on using a temporary account but when I log on to my account to go straight back to the same message
