session timeout and server crash lameness

Ok so I buy 20 worth of coins I use it to open gold box. Get 20 enhancement stones I then buy a manual level 15 I start using the enhancement stones and session time out occurs when I come back I have 7 coins left and 20 enhancement messages saying I used all my 140 coins on enhancement... Now I baby even log in to feed my troops. I feel very cheated and I am loyal to haypi. Please fix this or I give up.

Screent shot on Iphone is Lock and Home buttons together and it takes a picture and places in albums

If you are on android there is a small process to go through in order to take screen shots. If your troops starved because you were not able to log on and feed them durning the lock out you will need to screen shot the starve report and send it to support so they can do some research and give you the troops back if indeed they did strave during the lock out time. please not it will give them time becasue they have alot of claims to deal with and they are kind of short staffed. If you are on android go to google and type in "Z4Root" and download the apk Root your phone with this app after the root your phone will restart after the restart go to the android makert and download "shoot me" an app that will allow you to take screen shots on android.

Atleast I can log in now but I would like to say I've would really like my coins back. I wont be buying more unless this is fixed. I mean that the manual back for all I care I would never spend 10 on enhancing a damn manual....

Omg no way am I rooting my phone. Because haypi screwed up. They can eaisly look at my account and see the chain of events. I bought coins then 15 mins later I had none.

There is nothing wrong with rooting your phone z4root gives you the option to just do a temporary root it can be removed at anytime.
