s79, lack of support.

s79, lack of support.

I've repeatedly contacted "danny". With issues, and repeatedly gone nowhere and resolve nothing danny tells me to resend info he just re:, me about. There are session timeout issues. As soon as you log in. Battles force close, & must scramble to relog in. If possible before troops lost. Cant get into mine war map. Map menu has force close issue. These are haypi issues. Because others have them too. Causing lost troops and dissatisfied players. Then support79 just blows me off. I've lost 10's if thousands if units tothese glitches, force closes. Danny just blows off support job. Had to contact google to resolve double bill issue.

Support for s79, is incapable of doing job given.

If you have issues with Support, please send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com. Personally I find Danny helpful and have heard good things about him, but if you don't feel the same way, don't hesitate to let Haypi know via the email address stated above. :)

Once again. Support 79 is useless . Couldn't command due to force close issues on DROID platform. Was told to update. Cool, but what about allthe force close issues that cost me troops many built with coins.

Don't settle tell me how to report either.

I want to be compensated fore lost unit, time, & money. Game worked fine before hd/ mine war upgrade. My losses are due to developer mistakes. Tried multiple times. Support79 does nothing. Danny do your job. If you can't. Which is what the evidence here points to. Job should go to someone who can.

I have supplied all needed info. Support for this game is virtually nonexistent on server.
